Accounts, Softbooks, courses, LAMLA, and your wallet
One2One is Ghana’s social learning platform — Softbooks in a feed, structured courses, messaging, and LAMLA study help in one place. You can browse public Softbooks and Search without an account. Sign up to enroll, message, save to your library, teach, or use your wallet.
1. Open Sign up on one2one.cc or in the One2One app 2. Use email and a password, or continue with Google 3. Confirm your email if we send a verification link 4. Complete onboarding: learning goals, a study avatar if you want one, and wallet setup when you are ready Your username is assigned by One2One and cannot be changed. You can still set your display name, photo, and bio.
Your profile is how tutors and classmates recognize you. • Add a photo or study avatar • Write a short bio • Set learning goals so recommendations and LAMLA have better context • Follow tutors whose Softbooks and courses you want in your feed Update these anytime in Settings.
Use Search to look up tutors, Softbooks, and courses by name, subject, or keyword. Open Discover to browse. Follow people you want to hear from — their public Softbooks can appear in your feed.
Softbooks are short learning posts — text, images, video, or a quiz — not a full course. Create one from the compose button (web: Post; app: the create action). You can attach a course so people can enroll from the Softbook. Like, comment, bookmark, and share like a normal social post.
Open a course from the Courses tab, Search, or a Softbook with a course attached. Review the syllabus, preview lessons, and tap Enroll. Free courses start immediately. Paid courses use your One2One Wallet first; if the balance is short, you can top up or pay with Mobile Money (Moolre) in Ghana Cedis. After you enroll, Continue Learning on Home takes you back to where you left off.
LAMLA is One2One’s AI study assistant. Ask questions about a lesson, generate practice, or plan revision. It can use course and curriculum context when that is available. LAMLA can be wrong. Treat it as a tutor’s aide, not an exam board. Sign in is required.
Your wallet holds GHS credit for paid courses. In Settings → Payment & Billing you will see your One2One account / Payment ID and how to top up with Mobile Money (including USSD when shown). Parents and supporters can credit that ID without needing their own One2One login. One2One is not a bank — wallet funds are prepaid credit for the platform.
