# Payment & Refund Policy Last Updated: 6/14/2026 ## Payment Processing - Payments are processed securely through Stripe and Paystack - We do not store full payment card details - All transactions are encrypted ## Course Pricing - Course prices are set by tutors - Prices are displayed in the course currency - Prices may change, but enrolled students pay the price at enrollment ## Refund Eligibility You may be eligible for a refund if: - The course doesn't match its description - You experience technical issues preventing access - You request a refund within 7 days of enrollment ## Refund Process 1. Contact support with your refund request 2. Provide your enrollment details 3. We'll review your request within 48 hours 4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days ## Chargeback Policy - Chargebacks may result in account suspension - Contact support before initiating a chargeback - We'll work with you to resolve issues ## Currency and Taxes - Prices are displayed in the course currency - You are responsible for any applicable taxes - Currency conversion rates apply ## Tutor Payouts - Tutors receive payouts according to their payout settings - Payouts are processed monthly - Minimum payout thresholds may apply ## Questions?
