Payment & Refund Policy
Effective date: August 18, 2026
This policy applies to paid course enrollments, wallet top-ups, tutor earnings, and related transactions on One2One.
1. Payment methods
Payments are processed through approved partners, including Moolre for Mobile Money in Ghana Cedis (GHS). By completing a payment, you authorize us and our partners to charge the selected method for the amount shown.
One2One does not store Mobile Money PINs or complete card numbers on its servers.
2. One2One Wallet
Each eligible account may receive a One2One Wallet and a Payment ID. You (or a parent or supporter) can top up that wallet with Mobile Money, including via the USSD instructions shown in Settings → Payment & Billing.
Wallet balance is prepaid credit for use on One2One. It is not a bank deposit, is not insured as a bank account, and does not earn interest. One2One is not a bank.
Checkout is wallet-first: if your balance covers the course price, we debit the wallet. If not, you can top up or pay the remainder via Mobile Money at checkout.
3. Pricing and currency
Tutors set course prices unless we state otherwise. Amounts are shown in GHS unless noted. The price at successful enrollment is the price you pay, even if the listing later changes.
Some courses are free. Paid courses may unlock all lessons or specific sections, as shown on the course page.
4. Platform fees and tutor payouts
One2One may retain a platform fee on paid enrollments. The fee and net earnings are shown to tutors in Payment & Billing / Wallet. Tutors must complete payout details (such as a MoMo number) to receive disbursements.
Payout schedules, minimums, and methods may change with notice. Pending earnings are not guaranteed until they become payable under our processes and partner rules.
5. Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. You may qualify if:
• The course materially differs from its published description
• A platform failure prevents reasonable access and we cannot fix it promptly
• You request a refund within seven (7) days of enrollment and have consumed less than 20% of the course content, unless a stronger right applies under law
Refunds are generally not available for change of mind after substantial access, or for problems caused by your device, network, or a third-party payment provider outside our control.
6. How to request a refund
1. Email payments@one2one.cc with your account email, course name, enrollment date, transaction reference (if any), and reason.
2. We may ask for more information.
3. Approved refunds go back to the original method where possible, typically within five to ten business days depending on the payment partner.
Wallet-funded purchases, if refunded, are ordinarily credited back to your One2One Wallet.
7. Chargebacks
Contact us before opening a bank or MoMo dispute. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to account suspension while we investigate.
8. Failed or duplicate charges
If a top-up or enrollment failed or appears twice, email payments@one2one.cc with the MoMo or bank reference.
