User Conduct You agree to: - Use One2One in a lawful manner - Respect other users and their content - Not engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech - Not spam or scam other users - Not share illegal or harmful content ## 4. Content Ownership - You retain ownership of content you create - By posting content, you grant One2One a license to display and distribute it - You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you share ## 5. Course Creation and Teaching - Tutors are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their courses - Courses must comply with our Content Policy - One2One reserves the right to remove courses that violate our policies ## 6. Payment Terms - Course prices are set by tutors - Payments are processed securely through Stripe/Paystack - Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy ## 7. Intellectual Property - One2One respects intellectual property rights - Users must respect copyright and trademark laws - See our Copyright Policy for more information ## 8. Prohibited Activities You may not: - Violate any laws or regulations - Infringe on intellectual property rights - Transmit viruses or malicious code - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform - Use automated systems to scrape or collect data ## 9. Account Termination One2One reserves the right to: - Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms - Remove content that violates our policies - Take legal action when necessary ## 10. Disclaimers - One2One is provided "as is" without warranties - We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service - Course content is provided by tutors, not One2One ## 11.
