Terms of Service Effective date: August 18, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of One2One, including the website at one2one.cc, our iOS and Android apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by One2One ("One2One," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, browsing as a guest, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use One2One. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and consents to your use of the Service. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. 2. Your Account You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@one2one.cc if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security, legal, or payment risk. Usernames may be system-assigned. Some profile fields cannot be changed after registration. You may browse public Softbooks and Search as a guest; enrollments, messaging, teaching, wallet, and LAMLA require an account. 3. The Service One2One is a social learning platform built for students and tutors in Ghana and beyond. The Service may include: • Softbooks — educational posts, quizzes, images, and videos in a social feed • Courses — structured lessons, section quizzes, and progress tracking • Messaging, follows, notifications, library, and portfolios • LAMLA — an AI study assistant that can use course and curriculum context • One2One Wallet and Mobile Money payments in Ghana Cedis (GHS) Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee any particular educational outcome. 4. User Content and License You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or publish ("User Content"), including Softbooks, comments, course materials, messages, and profile information. By posting User Content, you grant One2One a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law, dispute resolution, security, or routine backups. You represent that you have all rights needed to post User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law, including the laws of the Republic of Ghana. 5. Tutors and Course Creators If you publish courses or charge for content, you are an independent provider, not an employee or agent of One2One. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and delivery of your courses, including rights to videos and materials. Course listings must be truthful. Pricing, refunds, platform fees, and payouts are described in our Payment & Refund Policy. We may remove or restrict courses that violate our Content Policy or Community Guidelines. 6. LAMLA LAMLA is an AI assistant intended to support studying. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. LAMLA is not a substitute for a qualified teacher, official curriculum, or exam board guidance. You remain responsible for how you use its answers. Do not submit sensitive personal data about others into LAMLA chats. 7. Acceptable Use You agree not to: • Violate any applicable law, including the laws of Ghana • Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others • Post spam, scams, malware, or misleading claims about courses or credentials • Share leaked exam papers, cheating services, or other academic-integrity violations • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights • Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with the Service • Circumvent security, rate limits, enrollment gates, or payment systems • Impersonate any person, school, or entity See also our Community Guidelines and Content Policy. 8. Payments and Wallet Paid enrollments and wallet top-ups are processed through approved partners, including Moolre for Mobile Money in GHS. One2One is not a bank, e-money issuer, or deposit-taking institution. Wallet balance is a prepaid credit for use on the Service, not a deposit account. Payment terms, refunds, and tutor payouts are in our Payment & Refund Policy. 9. Intellectual Property The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation (excluding User Content), is owned by One2One or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law. Copyright complaints follow our Copyright Policy. 10. Third-Party Services The Service uses third-party providers (for example, Supabase for authentication and data, Google for optional sign-in, Moolre for payments, and video infrastructure for lesson playback). Their terms may apply. One2One is not responsible for third-party sites linked from the platform. 11. Disclaimers THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONE2ONE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Course, Softbook, and tutor content is created by users. One2One does not guarantee accuracy, exam results, or uninterrupted availability. 12. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONE2ONE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ONE2ONE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED GHANA CEDIS (GHS 100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW. 13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One2One from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your courses, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms. 14. Suspension and Termination We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect users and the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion in Settings. Sections that by nature should survive (including licenses needed to operate the Service, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive. 15. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Service or sent by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. 16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution with us before pursuing formal proceedings. Courts in Accra, Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise. 17.
