Copyright Policy

One2One respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from every user.
1. Your responsibility
Upload only content you own or are licensed to use. Tutors are responsible for rights to course videos, documents, images, and music.
2. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on One2One infringes your copyright, email copyright@one2one.cc with:
• Your name, address, email, and phone number
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• The URL or a description sufficient to locate the material
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act
• Your physical or electronic signature
3. Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to copyright@one2one.cc including your contact details, what was removed and where it appeared, a good-faith statement that removal was a mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of courts in the Republic of Ghana (or your applicable jurisdiction), and your signature.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or terminated.
5. Education and quotation
Limited use for commentary, criticism, or teaching may be allowed under applicable law. One2One does not give legal advice. You are responsible for your own use.
