Accessibility Policy
Effective date: August 18, 2026
One2One is committed to making learning usable for people with disabilities and easier for everyone.
1. Commitment
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable on web and in our mobile apps.
2. What we work to support
• Keyboard use on the website
• Screen reader labels on core flows
• Sufficient contrast and readable type
• Text alternatives for meaningful images where creators provide them
• Layouts that work across phone, tablet, and desktop, including zoom
3. User-generated content
Tutors and learners control much of what is published. We encourage captions, transcripts, and descriptive text for lesson videos and Softbook media.
4. Known limits
Third-party players, user uploads, and older screens may not yet meet our target. We prioritize sign-in, enrollment, playback, messaging, and payments.
5. Feedback
If you hit a barrier, email accessibility@one2one.cc with:
• What happened
• The page, screen, or feature
• Device, browser or app version
• Any assistive technology you use
We will make reasonable efforts to respond and to fix issues that block core tasks.
6. Ongoing work
Accessibility is continuous. We review feedback and improve key journeys as the product evolves.
