Sign-in, video, payments, and enrollment
• Confirm you are using the same email you registered with • Try Forgot password, then check inbox and spam • If you use Google, sign in with Google rather than a password • Update the app or try another browser • Still stuck? Email support@one2one.cc from that same address
1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password 2. Enter your email 3. Open the reset link on this device 4. Choose a new password and sign in If the link expired, request a new one. Links only work for a limited time.
Check inbox and spam for a message from One2One. Open the link to verify. Request another email from the prompt on the site or app if the first one is missing.
Lesson and Softbook video needs a stable connection. • Wait a few seconds for the stream to start • Switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data • Close other apps that are using bandwidth • Force-quit and reopen the app, or refresh the page • On web, try Chrome, Safari, or Edge and disable blockers for one2one.cc If only one lesson fails, tell us the course and lesson name.
• Confirm you approved the MoMo prompt • Check the Payment ID in Settings → Payment & Billing • Wait a minute — networks can delay a credit • Do not retry the same top-up rapidly; wait for SMS confirmation • Send payments@one2one.cc the MoMo reference, amount, time, and your One2One email
Refresh the course page. If you paid, keep the receipt. Open the course from Continue Learning. If a section is a paid upgrade, complete that checkout. If access is still wrong after 10 minutes, contact support with the course name and payment reference.
Check your connection and messaging privacy (Settings). You cannot message someone who blocked you, or whom you blocked. Try leaving the chat and opening it again.
